About that 5th Avenue white and blue 'Mandee' awning in the the background: There's an episode of Flight if the Conchords where you can see that same awning. Bret is stalking a cute girl that works at a pet store. As he's waiting for her in front of the store, Jermaine shows up to ask him what he's doing. This "Mandee" awning is right there in the shot. And there is an acutal pet store in that same block. Just a little celeb trivia from the hood. :)
