Someone's been tagging the base of lamp posts in the Slope with this drawing.  Frankly, I love it!

Muni Meters?

iPads? Military-Industrial Complex?  Perhaps this street poet should of been more verbose.  Very cool Banksy-esque font though.

Found on 9th St. between 4th and 5th Avs.
